Hello and welcome to Squashgears.com run by an ex-professional squash coach who now runs a blog site for a hobby. This site is aimed at the beginners who don’t know anything about playing Squash or never heard of it.
Squash Gears is a place where you will get know about squash tips, techniques, and drills. Up until now, I’ve been working with professionals but since this sport is getting popular each year, it’s time to do something for the beginners.
Why Squash Gears?
Articles on my channel will help you become a better squash player. But only if you read them thoroughly and follow the advice that I give. The topics that I will be covering will include equipment like squash racquets, squash shoes, squash balls, squash goggles, squash strings, and grips.
You will also know about techniques, rules, tactics, mentality, and training. Talking about equipment, I’m not sponsored by any manufacturer nor do I intend to get sponsored by one.
All the reviews will be unbiased but there will be affiliate links, which will help me keep this site live. Hey, I’ve got mouths to feed. So, anything I will recommend will be based on my own experience.
In the future, I’ll write blog posts for beginners, club players and advanced which cover the three important aspects of squash. Mental, physical and tactical.
I’m also passionate about making unique content that you won’t find anywhere else. This will include solo practice routine and lots of mental prep training.
Even if you are not a pro, you can at least train like one. And also, do something every single day to improve your squash. And one of those things could be to bookmark this site and visit frequently for updates.
If you have any question about squash, please contact me via the contact us form and I’ll be more than happy to help.
